AKA Enters Lower Manhattan With AKA Wall Street
AKA is thrilled to announce the addition of AKA Wall Street, AKA's first downtown location, in lower Manhattan.
With a target opening in summer 2015, AKA Wall Street will fill a need in the Financial District, and will feature approximately 140 spacious, sophisticated suites and outstanding residential amenities including an evening lounge, dining offerings, a high tech fitness and media center, and gracious outdoor space. Combining classic architecture with modern design and efficiencies, the building will feature open spaces and more natural light than most neighboring NYC furnished apartment buildings.
AKA Wall Street’s luxury apartments are located on a prime corner in the heart of the Financial District, an exciting neighborhood within New York City, already home to many notable firms such as Goldman Sachs, American Express, and soon Condé Nast. The revival of this area offers an array of premium cultural, dining and shopping experiences, many of which can be found in Brookfield Place, the venue that will showcase luxury boutiques such as Hermes and Burberry, as well as upscale restaurants and events on the Pier. Also on the horizon for 2015, is the arrival of the World Trade Center Transportation Hub, which will serve as one of the most integrated networks of underground pedestrian connections in New York City, connecting visitors to over 10 different subway lines in New York City, making the area as assessable as ever from any part of Manhattan.
