The cancellation policy depends on length of stay. If you are a daily guest, the cancellation is 24 hours in advance. If you are a weekly guest, the cancellation is 7 days in advance. If you are a monthly guest, the cancellation is 15 days in advance.
Are pets welcome at Hotel AKA Rittenhouse Square? Is there a fee?
We are a pet friendly Hotel. There is a $100 nonrefundable fee per pet if you are a daily or a weekly guest and a $500 nonrefundable pet fee if you are a monthly guest.

Smoking is not allowed in the building, but there are designated smoking areas outside.
