Serviced Apartment Awards 2021
Serviced Apartment Awards 2021 has recognized AKA with two awards of distinction, including Best Operator for the second consecutive year in a row.
AKA was also given the industry's global award for Best Architecture for it's University City property in Philadelphia. The awards were announced on September 16, 2021, at the sixth annual Serviced Apartment Awards Gala at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel, London.
The Serviced Apartment Awards are the only awards to exclusively recognize excellence across the serviced apartment, extended stay, and aparthotel industry. The awards are judged by an independent panel of journalists, architects, designers, investors, consultants and travel buyers.
