celebrating our second century AKA’s luxury apartments in West Hollywood were designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in partnership with Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects, drawing inspiration from the neighborhood, its history, and its creative community. For the interiors, our goal was to capture the spirit of this vibrant neighborhood — edgy yet sophisticated, confident yet not too loud, cool but comfortable — and invite residents to embrace the local lifestyle. The result is a refined retreat, with residences that feature floor-to-ceiling windows designed to allow plenty of natural light and show off dazzling views of West Hollywood, Century City, and the Hollywood Hills.
