Checkout at AKA West Hollywood is at 11 a.m. Late checkout is possible, but not guaranteed, and may incur a fee. Please let our 24 hour Resident services know your request for late check out, and we will try our best to accommodate. [email protected]

The minimum age for check-in at AKA West Hollywood is 18. ID must be presented at time of check in.

There is no charge for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your reservation date for weekly stays and 15 days prior for monthly stays. A fee of 50% of stay applies for cancellations or no shows made after the cancellation window.

Pets are always welcome at AKA West Hollywood. The fee is $15 per pet per day. We have a private pet path on site for resident to walk their dogs. A separate pet agreement must be signed upon arrival. Residents are responsible for any pet damages.

Any type of smoking is not allowed in the building, or on the premises including balconies, common areas, and pool deck. The city of West Hollywood has a no smoking ordinance, and individuals can not smoke within 25 feet of any doors or windows, and is not allowed in public parks. Smoking fees start at $500 per occurrence.

To check in, you must provide your Photo ID that matches the reservation name, and the credit card used to pay for the suite. At time of check in, the credit card is swiped for a $500 refundable deposit. After check out the deposit will be refunded less any damages or outstanding folio amount. You should expect to see this back on your card within 3-10 business days for domestic banks and 10-14 for international banks.

We do not offer overnight luggage storage. We are able to hold luggage on day of arrival or departure.

We would love for you to stay longer with us! The majority of AKA residents extend past their original move out date. Extensions can be any number of nights. Consecutive stays of 30 nights and longer are tax exempt, meaning your extension past 30+ nights will result in a credit of taxes applied to your balance. Taxes in West Hollywood are 15.5%. You will also become eligible for the Monthly rate. If you are interested in extending your stay, please reach out to the Resident Services team.

On-property, covered parking is available for $20 per car, per day. There is the option to self-park or use our 24 hour valet service. Car info must be shared and a garage addendum must be signed upon check in to receive parking access.

We do our best to follow ADA guidelines and ensure our website and property are accessible to all, including those with disabilities. You can find more information on our Accessibility Page. We have ADA compliant suites available to book online.

Children are always welcome at AKA West Hollywood. We offer large two bedroom suite accommodations that are perfect for families. Pack n' plays are available complimentary and additional roll away beds are $30 per night or $300 per month. Cribs can be rented from an outside company.

We gladly accept mail and small packages on your behalf, up to 7 days before arrival. You will not have an individual mailbox. We ask that you register all guests staying in your suite with the front desk so we can properly identify packages/mail.
