celebrating our second century AKA, the global brand of luxury hotel residences has transformed this newly built, eight-story building in downtown West Palm Beach into an exclusive experience with 215 luxuriously appointed suites and residences.
Inspired by the tranquility of water throughout the space, this intelligent design is focused on eliminating excess. All hardware and functional elements disappear, while textural components such as dark wood grain and brushed aluminum create definition. The simplicity of geometry and light evokes a sensation of sanctuary and is evidenced in the winning architecture and design collaboration between Claudio Salazar, from Roots DNA and Svjetlana Davidovic from SD3SIGNS. Sophisticated accommodations and interiors have been curated and designed by Nicholas Cardone.
Residents and guests will enjoy an indoor/outdoor lounge and bar accessible from the resort-like pool and deck, a state-of-the-art Technogym fitness center, a conference room, and smaller conference nooks, a pet spa, a private residence lounge space for AKA members, and breathtaking water views. “This property truly complements the spirit of AKA.
