Perched on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell, ADRIFT Mare offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay with a menu inspired by the flavors and nuances of life along the Mediterranean coastline. ADRIFT Mare brings together the elegance of the French Riviera, the laid back vibe of the Balearic Islands, the vibrancy of fresh Italian produce, warm Levant hospitality, and the gentle rhythm of the Greek Isles.  

Other fabulous dining options right outside your door are Zeru, featuring authentic Spanish cuisine and located on the hotel's ground floor level. New York style steakhouse Dirty French by Major Food Group just one block away, and the vibrant and inventive Osaka. You'll find four of Miami's top restaurants within a five minute walk from your guestroom.

 

Adrift Mare

The much-anticipated arrival of Michelin- Starred Chef and restaurateur “Gypsy Chef” David Myers’ first-ever east coast concept, ADRIFT Mare has made it's way to Brickell Avenue. Inspired by the cultures and cuisine Myers has encountered on his worldly travels, the restaurant delivers a captivating culinary experience that offers a taste of the spirited life along the Mediterranean coastline. Melding the chicness of the French Riviera, the relaxed vibe of the Balearic Islands, warm Levant hospitality and gentle rhythms of the Greek Isles, transporting guests to summers by the Mediterranean Sea. 

Step inside, to experience ADRIFT’s vibrant gastronomic cuisine, lively and seductive ambience, strong focus on design and details, and a world class cocktail program curated by Moe Aljaff and Juliette Larrouy. The menu focuses on grilled meat, fish, and crustacean alongside light pasta and seasonal and thoughtfully prepared vegetable dishes. The wine list concentrates on the terroirs around the Mediterranean, from Ancient World labels from Greece and Lebanon to Super Tuscans and Provençal rosés, enjoyed at our spectacular bar, tableside, or lounge area. 

For a more intimate experience, our private dining room is available for special events, meetings, and noteworthy occasions.

Zeru

Located on the ground floor of Hotel AKA Brickell, Zeru is a brand new fine dining restaurant inspired by the Basque region of Spain and the Mediterranean. Discover a selection of dishes that convey the original Basque grilling technique, as well as Mediterranean rice that also incorporates Spanish and local ingredients in an extraordinary way, paired perfectly with an extensive wine and beverage menu.

Dirty French Steakhouse

Major Food Group’s Dirty French Steakhouse has brought the finest meat and fish sourced from the world’s most esteemed purveyors, with French influences and an irresistible flair for bold flavors to 1200 Brickell Avenue. Dirty French Steakhouse offers everything one would expect to find at a steakhouse of the highest caliber—abundant raw bar selections, elegant seafood entrées, indulgent aged steaks, and an array of amazing sides—all executed to perfection, with a dose of Dirty French style that makes them more satisfying and seductive than ever. Nikkei cuisine has taken Miami by storm, and you’ll find some of the best interpretations of it at this South American import. Located just steps from Hotel AKA Brickell, Osaka's extensive, yet delightful menu offers everything from traditional nigiri sushi to ceviches, anticuchos, and wood-fired meats. As expected, the sake list and pisco cocktails are fantastic.
